I’m Erica - pastry chef, mom and owner of The BakeYard.

I bake in small batches, blending Southern ingredients with French technique to create treats that feel nostalgic, but better than your remember.
There are the almost-best-in-Georgia salty toffee cookies, blue ribbon–winning black sesame brownies, and the insanely addictive pistachio praline crispy rice treats (my personal obsession).
From everyday treats to wedding cakes and cream puff experiences, everything I make is rooted in care, craft, and the joy of sharing something truly delicious.
