At The BakeYard, all boxes are crafted in small batches with seasonal ingredients and shipped fresh to your door. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for delivered boxes

If your box arrives damages or compromised during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at erica@thebakeyardbakery.com with photos, and we will work with you to find a solution.
